24x18 in ~ Painting, Oil
On a bright spring Sunday morning near Lake Shasta, I felt as if I could see forever. The rhododendrons were blooming profusely, so colorful they almost didn't seem real. Nearby a big black stallion strutted as if he owned the place, munching on new spring grass. How could I not paint this? One of my most peaceful mornings ever.
